The economy’s taking a toll on Chicago’s airports.
New figures show traffic at O’Hare Airport is down to its lowest level in at least 15 years — to 881,566 arrivals and departures.
Traffic was down almost 5 percent in 2008 over the previous year, according to the new Federal Aviation Administration data. The FAA provided figures going back to 1994, when O’Hare saw 882,112 arrivals and departures.
