Giggling and smirking, President Obama is cautiously working towards granting amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants (“undocumented workers“ if you prefer the politically correct term). If Congress will not authorize amnesty on a de jure basis quickly, Obama is prepared to allow a de facto amnesty to occur by simply ignoring the existing immigration laws.
