U.S. judge rejects key part of new healthcare law

In the first of what could be a series of decision leading to the U.S. Supreme Court, a federal judge has ruled that the Obamacare requirement to buy health insurance is illegal.

Personally, I thought so too, but the ruling came from a judge appointed by George W. Bush, so perhaps it should not have been unexpected. The health insurance requirement is at the heart of Obamacare, so if the decision holds up, we might see the entire scheme unravel. 

That would be good.
