Kirk and Biggert sound alarm on federal budget

Saturday afternoon, U.S. Senator Mark Kirk and U.S. Rep. Judy Biggert (R-13) held a joint town hall meeting at southwest suburban Carl Sandburg High School in which they sounded an alarm about the dire direction of the federal budget.
