This is the way it’s done in the land of Lincoln and don’t add in the cost of selective prosecutions, wrongful convictions, pension double dipping and the code of silence that no one seems to know anything about. However, the tax payers are begining to feel the pinch with passage of Mayor Emanuel’s budget, which diminishes needed and quality city services for everyone. I call it hell in a hand-basket.
