Rezmar Real Estate Agency Promo by Eric Zorn

Despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, Eric Zorn hypnotically tells us that Rita Rezko did not assist Barack Obama in buying his Kenwood Mansion in exchange for Sen. Obama’s continued support of her husband Tony Rezko.

Seems odd that the Rezkos would go to all the trouble they did on this transaction as some kind of coincidence but Zorn tells us it is just an “ordinary real estate story” when one of the great Chicago political manipulators gives you a walk through on your house.

Does Eric Zorn actually believe that Sen. Obama thought Tony Rezko was good judge of real estate, after coming off 15 flopped “affordable” housing projects between Rezmar and Obama’s law firm? We suspect that Sen. Obama may have got some very specialized handling from the Rezkos, in exchange for continued immediate access to a US Senator and presidential candidate, only interrupted by Tony Rezko’s indictment.

We’ll pose this question to the general audience, how many of you out there had Rita Rezko buy an adjacent lot and keep it empty so that your home was worth more? How many of you had the Rezkos give you a tour of your mansion before you buy it? How many of you bought a house for less than list price in 2005, while your adjacent lots went for full price?

If we find that Rezmar did this for a lot of our readers, then I’ll have to agree with Zorn this is just an “ordinary real estate story”

So Eric, is this the typical type of service you expect from your Real Estate Agent?

Rufino says:

I sit amazed that such a sincere young man like Barack can spin the most innocent sounding explanations for his troubles.

I'm amazed further that a successful journalist would put his own credibility at stake to shore up the lies.

Barack reminds me of the boy standing alone next to the broken vase pleading that he didn't do it.

What's in it for Zorn?
