Panel Discussion on the ballot question at the November 4, 2008 election on the Constitutional Convention (“Con Con”) This is an issue that will be voted on by all of us in Illinois and this is a great opportunity to become educated on what it would mean for Illinois to have a Con Con where our laws would be reviewed.
