It should be noted just as the first act of the New Governor Patrick Quinn
was  to  form a commission.  It figures.  The first bill introduced by
Democrats was a tax hike and the first action of the Gov. Quinn was to form
a commission.  The reform commission will be charged with figuring out how
to reform Illinois politics.

They don’t need commission.  As long as were pouring $60 billion per year
into state government there will be people lining up to steal it.  You want
reform government?  Cut the size and scope of government.  When a child
steals  cookies  you don’t form a commission to study how the child is
stealing cookies and what measures you can take to channel his behavior.
You take away the cookie jar.  Until Springfield acts responsibility and
takes away the cookie jar, we will continue to be one of the most corrupt
states in the Union.  We don’t need yet another commission to figure that
out.
