It may be the best possible verdict for Bill Brady. The Democrats get to suffer through another trial that will coincide with the run up to the general election.
If reports are accurate, Blagojevich ought not to smile too much: on a number of counts that jury voted 11-1 to convict.
It was pretty obvious that the prosecution could not possibly succeed in their prosecution of Milorad without dragging Obama into the mix…Their failure was not calling Tony Rezko or Stuart Levine and protecting that 2 hour interview Fitzgerald had with Obama just after Milorad’s arrest…There were plenty of other crimes the fed’s could have indicted Milorad on like the Companion Security deal where there was ample evidence, doucmentation, testimony but they chose not to because of the involvement of Barack…IF there is going to be an next trial they had better give up on the deal they have with Barry or stop wasting tax payer dollars…
