Obama and Free Speech

It is typical of leftists that they seek to contain speech they disapprove of. Notice I said leftists, not the typical, garden variety citizen who calls himself a liberal. I see a leftist as a person so extreme in their liberal agenda that they seek the downfall of capitalism through increasing socialization of the economy and culture, at the least, and/or actual violent overthrow of America, a country they think to be unfair, imperialistic and racist at the worst.

What they really seek is power. The story of Barack Obama and his approach to reasonable disagreement is a great illustration of how tightly the candidate and his people would like to control their critics and, ultimately, America.

Barack Obama seems way too cozy with leftists, perhaps because the “most liberal Senator in America” is one. Communists, terrorists and other shady characters seem to populate his BFF list.

Here is a lovely photo of unapologetic domestic terrorist Bill Ayers standing on an American flag. Obama says he barely knows Ayers. Facts seem to indicate otherwise and the Annnberg papers may prove embarrassing to both of them.

Since Stanley Kurtz wrote about the Annenberg challenge and appeared on my show, Obama’s people have ramped up their attempts to quash free speech and enquiry without taking the time to refute the charges or answer the questions being asked. Their position seems to be that of threatened legal challenges and the use of organized shouting matches to drown reasonable discussion.

This from the Editors of the National Review: “Obama fancies himself as “post-partisan.” He is that only in the sense that he apparently brooks no criticism. This episode could be an alarming preview of what life will be like for the media should the party of the Fairness Doctrine gain unified control of the federal government next year.”

America came together for a brief time after 9/11. What a good feeling that was during such a tragic time. I think most of America remains regretful that that feeling did not last. So what happened? Why didn’t it last? Well - it seems to me…. I hope you will consider Obama and The Media vs. “Thinking” America. This is found at:

I totally agree with this assessment. On a personal level, I've experienced left leaning websites, like Truthdig, Huffington Post, and Newsvine ... to the supposedly mainstream sites, like CNN and Jack Cafferty, who are not only extremely biased in favor of Obama, but who moderate blogs, and who will actually ban people from their blogs, if they don't support the Obama campaign. The entire Obama media conspiracy, and DNC mutual admiration society is trying to control and dictate the communication and thinking of the American people. For the sake of our country, and it's citizens, I hope and pray that Senator John McCain is elected our next President in November.

I do not understand our media basically ignoring Obama's role in the Annenberg situation, his connection to Ayers....and do they really believe that a man can be an attending member of a church and not know the hate for country and for people of another race that Rev. Wright spewed forth so often from his pulpit? It frightens me to think what it would be like to have a president who lies about his true core beliefs and a first lady who has no pride in this great country except for the man who would exhibit such dishonesty about his true motive in becoming president....I fear it is only that he wants the power. What a sorry situation if the presidency is awarded because of dishonesty - I only hope the American people can see through all of this even though the media is alligned with Obama and spends its time trying to smear Palin.
