On the eve of today’s 221st anniversary of the U.S. Constitution’s adoption, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia told conservative lawyers in Chicago that the University of Chicago Law School — where he used to teach — has lost its edge and gone liberal.
Back in the days when Scalia — the court’s most vocal supporter of adhering to the text of the constitution — used to teach at the school, which was then more associated with conservative economist Milton Friedman. The courses had more rigor and the school had a more conservative ethos, Scalia told 500 members of the conservative Federalist Society of lawyers at the Union League Club Tuesday.

Scalia's comments and Legal Eagle's b.s. are the very embodiment of what is wrong with conservatism today. Scalia floats a naked opinion but uses nothing factual to back it up, such as a decrease in scholarship, a decrease in publications, a decrease in admissions scores, etc. No facts, just bald opinion.
Legal Eagle does him one better and just makes sh*t up to "prove" his point. Ask students about their sex lives? "repeatedly" discussion slave reparations? Where do you nutty cons get this sh*t from? I have read MANY student reviews of Obama's teaching and to a person they all say the same thing: he was a great teacher, tended to undercut his own liberal ideas using conservative writers to prove that point, and he wrote a very hard exam. This, of course, is too hard for conservatives to stomach, so they simply make up b.s. Such b.s. may make them feel better, but when it is proven to be b.s., if just undercuts the tiny scrap of credibility they have left.
By the way: I know a little about Obama's teaching style since I took a class from him third year.

How dare Chicago comment on Law at all?
I'm a life long Chicagoan of 57 years and must be ashamed of this cirty - we are a JOKE!
The gangs rule the streets, the politics continue to pocket their graft, the corruption continues. It's business as usual in Big Bill Thompson's City!
Sheesh!

Hard to dispute Scalia's reasoning.
Consider the employment of Obama as an adjunct faculty member: he produced no scholarship and used his faculty office as a workspace to write his autobiography. Students in his "con law" class (pun intended) were treated to their instructor asking questions about their dating and sex activities while repeatedly discussing slave reparations in the classroom.
