SEIU Leader Arrested for Battery

Jerry Morrison, the politically well-connected and outspoken head of the SEIU, one of the state’s largest public sector unions, is scheduled to appear in the Misdemeanor Section of the Circuit Court of Cook County on October 2 on one charge of battery.


Under Illinois law, he could face up to one year in prison if convicted.
