No Napping with Frawley, Rezko and The Sun-Times

Last July, two Chicago Sun-Times reporters noted an allegation of “payments made by Rezko to Obama” that surfaced in a deposition involving former Rezko business partner Daniel T. Frawley. Since then, the only follow-up coverage from the Sun-Times has been the sound of crickets.

An article dated July 11, 2011, entitled “Ex-Rezko partner’s sentencing delayed,” announced that Daniel Frawley’s sentencing for bank fraud had been postponed, yet again. He came up for sentencing again this week, and — surprise! — there’s been another postponement.

So, how were Frawley and Rezko business partners?

    Maybe Rahm “the Leaker” Emanuel has taken over the Sun-Times staff…Rahm is the one responsible for the JJJ affair leaked to his bff Lynn Sweet,(who he has on his speed dial)…He is the master at manipulating the media now he’s putting together his own “corruption police” to have at his beck n call…He’ll probably investigate everyone who backed Gary Chico first and the people who don’t ante up to his political campaign.

    Frawley hired a hitman to assassinate his cousin’s husband (who testified against him before the Grand Jury in Frawley’s $4.5 million bank fraud case), owes over a half a million in taxes, and filed a “whistleblower” suit against his cousins AFTER they wouldn’t pay $5 million in blackmail money to Frawley and his sister? He’s revolting.

    The scumbag deserves 35+ years in jail.
