Pat Quinn’s budget neglects the specifics on the great benefit of importing terrorists to Illinois for tourism and profit.  The Council of Economic Advisors has up to $1.1 Billion coming to Illinois (over 4 years) from construction, labor, and the terror-tour trade.

Let’s see now, Quinn ups the tax to 4%, that makes … $44 Million over four years, or $11 Million a year in gains from hosting Al-Queda on the banks of the Mississippi.  The budget deficit is roughly $13 Billion, so it would take  1,181 years to get out of our hole if this is our only strategy.

How about this..what if we built 1200 terror prisons in Illinois, then we would get out of our hole in 1 year and all would be well.  We could have Jihadi’s in Joliet, Mullahs in Moline, Mahomedans in Mahomet, and the Red Brigade in Red Bud to start things off.

Imagine the surprised look on an Eygptian’s Murderers mug when he wakes up in Cairo (Illinois that is).
