Don’t forget the 2 hour long interview by four federal agents/2 fbi & 2 U.S. Attorneys of then President Elect Obama and his lawyer Bauer…They gave the agents their “internal investigative report” upon arrival and the agents gave it back to them telling Obama/Bauer to hang onto until their investigation was complete…..Bauer gave it to them any way…Funny thing, there was no mention of Balanoff but the feds had him on tape…oops…

Durkin’s payoff was figured long before that, he was put up in a previous round and Finnerman got the bench.
They new Durkin would get the nod at a later date, that’s how they do it. That says something about the Frawley situation.
I think they had Frawley all set for probation and something went wrong.
