Batty 89 Year Old Quack Quentin Young Added to ISA Board to Approve Quinn’s Spokesmodel as Chairman

The Illinois Sports Facilities Authority’s board of directors voted 4-3 today to appoint Gov. Pat Quinn’s chief spokeswoman as the agency’s new executive director, despite opposition from mayoral appointees to the board.

The vote in favor of Kelly Kraft came less than two hours after board member Manny Sanchez learned Quinn had replaced him with Quentin Young, a longtime Quinn associate. Young voted with the majority.
