Bill Ayers Resume

(From the comments, within Lynn Sweet’s blog posting piece defending Bill Ayers)

For those who have forgotten or weren’t born yet here is a list of a few of the activities. Just think if this were happening today:

7 October 1969 – Bombing of Haymarket Police Statue in Chicago, apparently as a “kickoff” for the “Days of Rage” riots in the city October 8–11, 1969. The Weathermen later claim credit for the bombing in their book, “Prairie Fire.”

You Can Fight City Hall

I’m going to have to start charging Mayor Daley for all the advice I’ve been giving him for free.

Last year, I wrote a story saying if Daley “really wants to bring the Olympics to Chicago, I suggest he move the site of the proposed equestrian center out of Lake County.”

Who is Nadhmi Auchi and why is he important to Barack Obama? Let’s take a look.

*

Contrary to Obama’s persistent claims, he indeed did favors for Tony Rezko, including this one:

“While Mr. Obama was running for the Senate, Mr. Rezko was also raising money for a huge development in the South Loop of Chicago, often playing host to dinners in a private room at the Four Seasons Hotel here.

“Former Rezko associates said that Governor Blagojevich attended one of the dinners, and that at Mr. Rezko’s request, Mr. Obama dropped in at one for Middle Eastern bankers in early 2004, just as he was starting to pull ahead in the Senate primary. The visits, Mr. Rezko’s partners said, helped impress foreign guests.

You may, or may not, address the board now

The urge probably hasn’t struck you in awhile, but if you decide you need to address the board of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago at an upcoming meeting, you may or may not be allowed to. If you do get the go-ahead, you may or may not have three minutes to say what you may or may not need to say, and you may not be allowed to continue.

District officials say they’re changing some of the procedures for public meetings in response to the deadly shooting at a City Council meeting in Missouri in February.
