It's the Gas Pump, Stupid

Because the American people want one thing more than anything: their American lifestyle. And that lifestyle is threatened by a couple of things:

1. Oil prices

2. Environmental extremists

The winning political message is going to be:

You elect me, and I will vote yes—-to drilling for oil in the Gulf of Mexico.

You elect me, and I will vote yes—-to drilling for oil off the Atlantic Coast and the Pacific Coast.

You elect me, and I will vote yes—-to drilling in Alaska’s Anwar.

You elect me, and I will vote yes—-to oil shale extraction in Colorado.

Simple tips would help you. If your car has books, golf clubs, tools, clothes etc, take them out of your car. Extra weight means it takes more fuel to get up to speed.

BANG!! That was Don Wade hitting the nail on the big, media ignored head.

Conservation will be done, as people will do what they can to keep money in their pocket, but anyone thinking conservation is going to lower prices has their head in a very dark place, and has no common sense.

SUPPLY, stupid!

I think this is right on the money. Increasing supply, especially supply that is under our control, should lower fuel prices and have the additional benefit of lowering the trade deficit.

It's time to drill and it's time for our elected official's to pay for their own gas.I pay for my gas every day when i go to work,So why can't these guy's? We don't owe them anything since most of them don't do anything.I guess i wouldn't care either about fuel prices if it didn't affect me or my family. What happen to oil for food?It work's for me and most American's.

I agree with Mike C.,I also wonder what the tree hugger's think about Russia and China drilling off the coast of Cuba.It doesn't get much closer to us than that and let me see we should let them get the oil first that way their the blame for hurting the environment.

Don, you went and did it again.Your always on target. Our country is being held hostage by the liberal democrats and the enviormentalts, and we need to get our country back and fast. It truly frightens me to think of the kind of life our grandchildren 11 months to 15yrs.will be facing in the years to come. Yes the liberals hated those SUV so much they wanted everyone to stop driving them. No one listen. So, now they'll show us, they'll drive us out of the car of OUR choice by forcing the gas prices so high that people will have no other choice other than to drive the cars the politicians want us to dive, and they win and we lose,America loses. Am I missing something here? did'nt we vote for these people to work for us and our Country? IT'S THE GAS STUPID!
