I’ll credit Rick Warren with asking both John McCain and Barack Obama about abortion. I skipped the Saddleback Church non-debate, but Jim at Gateway Pundit captured what has to be the quote of the election. When asked the point when a human embryo achieves personhood, Obama said that the question is “above my pay grade”:
First, the entire issue of abortion involves determining when a baby becomes a person. If Obama thinks this is above his pay grade, then he probably shouldn’t be running for political office.

I thought this was the most damaging moment of the night...
1.if he is president he has the 'highest pay grade' in the land and he better have an answer
2. if he doesnt know when life begins then we better err on the side of conception so we dont kill inocent life.
3. he has voted for partial birth abortion if memory serves me so he therefore doesnt think life begins anytime before birth especially since he says he continues to support this gruesome procedure.
and dont give me 'in cases of the mothers life' because it doesnt hold water. if the mothers life is in danger deliver the baby dont stop half way thru the delivery process and perform a surgical procedure this only adds risk to the mother.
